The important details of buying from GlassBlur.
01Choosing a product
Read the dimensions, material and fitting guidance before you order. The roll width or tile pack you choose sets the amount of material and the price in your bag.
02Sizes and color
Sizes refer to the selected roll or tile pack. Measure your surface before ordering or cutting. Color and light effects vary with screens, glazing, room lighting and viewing angle.
03Prices and delivery
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT for addresses in the UK and most of the EU. Delivery is $6.95, or free from a $49 product subtotal. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
04Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, uncut items in their original packaging. Film cut to size and installed tiles are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Raise damaged or incorrect items before installation.
05Suitable use
Window film is for suitable smooth interior glass. Peel-and-stick tiles are decorative wall finishes, not floor or shower products. Keep both away from direct heat and flame. Check compatibility with your window manufacturer and get any permission you need before fitting.
06Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, keep the packaging and contact us before using or installing it.
